The process starts with a consultation with Managers to determine what are the challenges and/or strategic objectives you are wanting to achieve. We take time to understand your business, map out the key business processes affected and identify improvement opportunities. We will then provide a business case document which will include information such as:
- Description of the problem or objective;
- What are we trying to achieve;
- What are the value drivers;
- Provide a description of alternative solutions, the
pro's and con's and cost of each; and
- Recommendation of preferred solution.

And when you need a little extra functionality for one area of your business, the add-on applications can be utilised, such as Unleased for inventory, Workflow Max, or Vend for point of sale.

Overtime if processes are not documented and managed, people can leave or new people start and individual processes get adapted to a person's working knowledge and/or expertise. This can result in important processes being completed manually or inefficiently, which is time consuming, costly, and detrimental to growth and bottom line.
We will sit down with your employees and map all, or some key end-to-end processes in your business. You will receive recommendations for re-designing processes to either fully utilise current functionality, or to improve as part of a software upgrade.
We will use software such as Lucidcharts or smartdraw so that you can continue to manage and improve your processes which is building a platform for continuous improvement.

Once you have identified the preferred solution, we are able to provide an experienced person to manage the project and other external consultants that may be required. Depending on the software solution, we can either complete the implementation ourselves, assist your team with implementing, or we can act as your Internal Project Manager when an outside consulting firm may be required, for example with larger ERP Systems.
In the case of larger ERP System projects, the consulting firm will require you to have your own internal project manager who is fully dedicated to the project. In larger organisations this may be the CIO or CFO however, more often than not, businesses do not have the resource to allocate full time to a project. Training & Support
We will empower your team to take charge through-out the project via hands-on set up experience and training. When your team needs us, we can help.
Training starts right at the beginning of the project through identification of subject matter experts (SME's) within your business. These SME's become your champions to ensuring successful uptake of the new software or process across the teams. Wherever possible, we aim to have your team involved, hands-on, during the setup which will mean less training required right before go-live. Having the different teams involved in user acceptance testing (UAT) also provides good training across all the different processes involved in the change.
When the project is live, we are available when your team needs us. This on-going support is important to achieve full uptake of the new system functionalities.
